Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a GC/CM firm
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in TN/Southeast markets

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction process from design & land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to close-out
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless operations
• Encourage new sub/vendor relationships and maintain trade-partner relationships
• Direct all facets of each project from pre-con to close-out ensuring safety, budget, and schedule
• Work with owners and management to complete projects from trees to keys within schedule
