Job summary

Ashton North LLC, a well-established local GC in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) to lead multifamily and commercial projects. This role offers strong compensation, growth opportunities, and a collaborative, professional environment.

The PM will oversee from design through close-out, manage 1–2 projects concurrently, and foster strong sub/vendor relations to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/CM firm.
• Local subcontractor and vendor relationships in the greater TN/Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design and land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to close/out.
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless operations and resolve challenges.
• Develop and maintain sub/vendor relationships in the local area.
