Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Project Manager (Multifamily / Commercial Construction) in Nashville, TN, to lead mid-to-large scale multifamily and commercial builds. The role supports design through close-out, coordinating with site teams, and managing trade partners for on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PM experience with a GC/CM, a construction management degree, and strong local subcontractor relationships in the TN/Southeast markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in the greater TN / Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design & land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to c/o.
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless operations and address challenges.
• Develop new sub/vendor relationships and maintain existing trade-partner relations.
• Direct all facets from pre-con to close-out, ensuring safety, budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with owners and management to complete projects on time within scope.
