Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) for multifamily and commercial construction in the Nashville area. This role offers a long-term culture fit, growth opportunities, and a competitive benefits package within a dynamic, professional environment.

The candidate will manage 1–2 mid-rise to garden-style projects, coordinate with site management, and foster valuable sub/vendor relationships while ensuring safety, design adherence, and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in the greater TN/Southeast markets

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction process from design through buyout, scheduling to closeout.
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless operations and to overcome challenges.
• Develop and maintain trade relationships with subs/vendors in TN/Southeast.
• Direct all facets from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule.
