Job summary

Jobot is hosting a Project Manager position with a top commercial and multifamily builder in the Portland area. This role centers on ground-up and renovation projects typically ranging from $5–$50M, requiring strong leadership on site and close coordination with GC teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Salary is $110,000 to $140,000 per year, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits. If you have prior PM experience at a GC and a background in multifamily or commercial construction

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager at a GC.
• Experience with multifamily or commercial construction projects.
• Experience with ground-up construction projects.
• ProCore experience is a plus.
