Jobot is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager for ground-up multifamily projects across California. This role requires OSHA 10, a 5+ year track record in construction PM, and strong leadership to drive projects from start to finish on time and within budget.

You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontracts, and RFIs, coordinating with clients and subs while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance. Competitive salary and bonus opportunities accompany long-term career growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Current OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in project estimation, scheduling and contract administration.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Prepare and negotiate project agreements, clarifying scope and contract limits.
• Create and maintain project documentation including schedule, budget, and WBS.
• Develop and maintain project financial reports to track progress against budget.
• Manage project changes, risks, and quality control issues.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA 10 compliance and manage RFIs and submittals.
