Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for our client, a top-tier commercial construction general contractor, to lead a range of projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong knowledge of schedules, budgets, and cost control, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ground-up and renovation experience is preferred. On-site collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing ground‑up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with design‑build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes.
• Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
• Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
