Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead multifamily and student housing developments, overseeing the full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of construction PM experience, a strong background in budgeting and scheduling, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, focusing on multifamily or student housing.
• Experience managing ground-up, large-scale residential projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily and student housing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal development, design, and construction teams as well as external consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
