Job summary

You will lead project initiation from design through buyout, coordinate with site staff, build sub/vendor relationships, and drive projects from pre-con through close-out while meeting safety, budget, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor / Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in the greater TN / Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design and land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless operations and address challenges.
• Develop and maintain sub/vendor relationships in the area, expanding the trade network.
• Direct all facets of each project from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Collaborate with owners, management, and staff to move projects from Trees-to-Keys within the allocated schedule.
• Manage 1–2 projects simultaneously on mid-rise apartment, garden-style, or podium-wrap structures.
