Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) for multifamily/commercial projects in the Nashville area. This long-term role offers a strong culture, generous benefits, and clear pathways for growth within a professional team.

The position involves initiating projects from design through buyout, coordinating with site staff, and managing multiple projects across mid-rise and garden-style developments while maintaining safety, budget, and schedules.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in the greater TN / Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the construction process from design & land acquisition through buyout and scheduling to c/o.
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless operations and problem solving.
• Develop new sub/vendor relationships while maintaining existing trade-partner connections.
• Direct all project facets from pre-con and initial construction to close-out within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with owners and management to move projects from trees to keys on schedule.
• Manage 1-2 mid-rise apartment projects including garden-style and podium structures.
