The position supports the PM through the full construction cycle, from preconstruction to completion, and collaborates with estimators to ensure financial success and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of relevant construction experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to learn without prior software requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2+ years or more of commercial or multifamily construction (PM related position required).
• No software experience required; training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist PM through the full construction process from Preconstruction to final completion.
• Coordinate with estimator to support financial success of the project from start to finish.
• Serve as a primary contact for the owner and coordinate with the PM to ensure client satisfaction.
