Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead water, wastewater, renewable energy, and resource recovery projects across North America. This remote role offers occasional travel and interfaces with clients, partners, and operators to ensure project success.

You will oversee projects from concept through design, construction, and commissioning, delivering value with autonomy and strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting or project management.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and deliver water, wastewater, and energy projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with owners, operators, contractors, and providers.
• Prepare capital cost estimates and business cases.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Support proposal development and project pursuits.
• Lead commissioning and startup activities.
