Job summary

Apptegy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Internal AI & Automation to own the product layer of our internal AI function. You’ll work with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, People, and other teams to identify high‑value AI workflows that improve how work gets done.

You’ll turn opportunities into a focused roadmap, build V1s directly, and partner with an AI Ops Engineer to make solutions reliable, scalable, and adopted across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience.
• Systems thinker with focus on workflows and decisions.
• Hands-on with agents, prompts, tools, and prototypes.
• Strong intuition for LLMs, prompts, delegation, and evaluation.
• Thrives in ambiguity; starts, learns, and adjusts.
• Built AI tools, automation workflows, or internal tools.
• Fluent with LLM APIs and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Run rapid discovery to identify high-value AI workflows.
• Own V1 end-to-end: use LLM APIs, no-code/low-code to prototype.
• Partner with AI Ops Engineer to production-grade tools.
• Treat internal teams as clients and reduce friction.
• Redesign workflows from first principles for AI adoption.
• Ship rollout plans and adoption playbooks.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption within teams.
• Maintain a backlog of opportunities and communicate priorities.
