Job summary

Apptegy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Internal AI & Automation to own the product layer of our internal AI function. You will collaborate with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and People to identify high-value AI opportunities and turn them into a focused roadmap.

You will build and test first versions, then work with an AI Ops Engineer to scale solutions, define success metrics, and drive adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience.
• Experience building AI tools, automation workflows, or internal tools.
• Hands-on with prompts, documents, tools, and delegation.
• Strong intuition for LLMs: prompting, delegation, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own V1 end-to-end: use LLM APIs, no-code, and low-code tools to deliver a working prototype fast.
• Define success metrics and adoption plans for internal AI tools.
• Partner with AI Ops Engineer to scale reliable, production-grade tools.
• Identify high-value AI workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and People.
• Ship rollout plans and usage playbooks for every tool you launch.
