Job summary

Apptegy seeks a Senior Product Manager, Internal AI & Automation to own the product layer of our internal AI function. You’ll collaborate with leaders across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, People, and other teams to identify high‑value workflows where AI improves how work gets done.

You’ll guide the roadmap, build and test V1 prototypes using LLM APIs, no‑code/low-code tools, and partner with an AI Ops Engineer to ensure reliability and scalable impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience.
• You're a systems thinker who understands workflows and where decisions happen.
• Hands-on with prompts, agents, and prototyping.
• Strong intuition for LLMs and AI tools, prompts and evaluation.
• Thrives in ambiguity and delivers from imperfect information.
• Experience building AI tools or internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑value, repeatable AI workflows across teams.
• Own V1 end-to-end: use LLM APIs, no-code/low-code for fast prototyping.
• Partner with AI Ops Engineer to Systematize and productionize tools.
• Make tools that fit real daily work and gain adoption.
• Define success metrics and rollout plans for each tool.
• Maintain a visible backlog and communicate priorities to leadership.
