Job summary

Xlysi LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-year integration modernization program for a global healthcare client. This on-site role in North Chicago, IL centers on governance, planning, budget, and stakeholder management, not hands-on technical work.

You'll own the roadmap from wave planning through migration and decommissioning, coordinating onshore and offshore teams while aligning IT and business priorities with third parties like Microsoft and middleware vendors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT delivery with 5+ years leading large multi-workstream programs.
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, dependencies, RAID, budgeting and governance.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and handle conflicts across agendas.
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year roadmap from wave planning to cutover and decommissioning.
• Run program governance (steering committees, RAID and decision logs) and provide executive status reports.
• Manage scope, budget, forecasts, resources and vendor commitments.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders across IT, architecture, business, security and compliance.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and third parties such as Microsoft, TIBCO and application vendors.
• Oversee testing, cutover, hypercare and change management to avoid business disruption.
