Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large, multi-site modernization program for a DoW customer in the Washington, DC area.

You will drive cost, schedule, technical compliance, and contract alignment across sites to ensure delivery and success. You will oversee stakeholder engagement, risk management, and proactive communication to Government leadership, while guiding teams across functions to achieve program objectives with a focus on IMS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in the last 10 years.
• 2+ years as program manager of a major enterprise infrastructure upgrade for a DoW customer.
• 2+ years managing multi-site IT projects with IMS-based planning and WBS structures.
• Experience with wireless and private mobile networks including 5G deployments.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, technical compliance, and contract alignment for a large modernization program.
• Provide leadership across geographically dispersed sites and coordinate execution.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, reporting, and issue resolution at Government levels.
• Maintain program quality, efficiency, and profitability; manage risks and changes.
