Qualifications

• Technical program management experience, especially for infrastructure modernization.
• Experience with network, data-center, and/or security transformations (network preferred).
• Strong executive presence, communication, influence, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort leading PMO cadence, steering-committee coordination, and change advisory processes.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Madison (or St. Louis) area location preferred.
• Expected engagement: 1-2 year contract, with possible extension.
