Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration or project management.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience facilitating clinical quality improvement initiatives in a teaching hospital.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex healthcare projects from concept through completion, including plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, communication plans, risk and issue logs, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Lead multiple cross-functional project teams to improve clinical and operational processes.
• Develop and implement risk management plans, including risk identification, impact analysis, resolution, tracking, documentation, and communication.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial leadership to implement clinical care redesign initiatives.
• Educate and support teams in data utilization and process improvement using PDSA or similar methodologies.
• Track performance against targets using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Maintain and communicate performance dashboards for hospital-based services.
