Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own IAM and Entitlements and Product Configuration within the Product Foundations Group. You will partner with engineering to build both mature and nascent domains, ensuring licensing, monetization, and customization align with real business operations.

You will collaborate with Sales, CS, and Finance to reflect go-to-market needs, define charter, and drive a cohesive product framework across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with roadmapping or chartering abilities.
• Comfort working across mature and nascent domains (IAM and Entitlements).
• Fluency in identity concepts (authentication, authorization, SSO, SCIM) and entitlement/ configuration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for IAM and Entitlements and Product Configuration teams.
• Define charter, roadmap, and success metrics for Entitlements and Product Configuration.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize delivery and with Sales, CS, and Finance to align with business operations.
• Define a unified framework for feature flagging, gating, and rollout across the product.
