Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for internal platform services, with a focus on identity and access management and security considerations. You will collaborate with multiple ARTs to drive platform adoption and ensure technical alignment across teams.

You will lead planning, define feature sets, and work with delivery teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or platform engineering as TPM/PO.
• Own strategy for internal platform products.
• Strong fluency in IAM concepts and security protocols.
• Experience reviewing PRs and contributing to technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform services.
• Develop and prioritize features with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead planning and decomposition using ICE framework.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on design reviews.
• Drive platform adoption and developer experience improvements.
• Manage dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Define success metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Support dashboards for platform reliability.
• Communicate platform capabilities at all levels.
• Ensure alignment with security and enterprise standards.
