Job summary

project44 is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to own the foundational Movement platform, including identity and access, Collaborative Visibility, and search. You will bridge Engineering, Design, and Security to ship enterprise-grade capabilities.

In this role you will drive persona-based experiences, define platform roadmaps, and lead cross-functional planning. You will write PRDs and align with pillar PMs for a coherent Movement experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience focused on platform or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts (roles, permissions, tenancy, authorization).
• Experience blending technical platform work with UX collaboration.
• Track record shipping analytics or reporting products including BI decisions.
• Experience designing for multiple personas within one product.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering and Design.

Responsibilities

• Own Movement's UX and platform evolution, including the Overview dashboard and shared UI patterns.
• Partner with Product Design on UX vision and prototypes, translating principles into a roadmap.
• Arbitrate platform-level UX trade-offs to prevent fragmentation as more modules migrate.
• Own Movement's web, mobile app strategy and responsive breakpoints.
• Own IAM roadmap: tenants, permissions, and unified authorization models.
• Define and prioritize new permission models for security-sensitive customers.
• Represent Platform in quarterly planning and roadmap reviews with pillar PMs.
• Write PRDs and product briefs; ensure Confluence/Jira are the system of record.
