Mixpanel, a leading product intelligence and analytics platform, is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the enterprise management surface including identity, SSO, audit logging, admin controls, and account settings. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and GTM teams to align on architecture, reliability, and security requirements for large organizations.

You will drive the roadmap, translate security and compliance needs into prioritized work, and ensure the platform

Formación

• 5+ years of PM experience owning meaningful, technically complex problems end-to-end.
• Direct experience with identity, access management, enterprise administration, or security-adjacent product work.
• Systems thinker who understands platform-layer decisions ripple across products and teams.
• Track record of driving alignment and delivering outcomes across engineering, security, and GTM without formal authority.
• Experience building business cases for security, compliance, or infrastructure investments with long or indirect ROI.
• Technical fluency with engineers on identity, auth, and security infrastructure tradeoffs.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the roadmap for Mixpanel's enterprise management surface: identity, SSO, authentication, audit logging, admin controls, account/org settings.
• Anticipate requirements from security reviews, compliance obligations, and large organizations evaluating Mixpanel.
• Own the consistency and reliability of shared platform foundations: design system, components, APIs, patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on architecture-level tradeoffs: reliability, performance, platform vs product ownership.
• Build the business case for platform investments; articulate ROI of trust, security, and compliance to leadership.
• Stay connected to enterprise customers and GTM teams to translate feedback into roadmap decisions.
• Define and maintain measurement standards for platform health: reliability, security posture, onboarding for large orgs.
• Shape the platform's remit as Mixpanel expands to adjacent areas like plan management.
