Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to drive a scalable authorization and audit framework across customer types. You will own the IAM roadmap, partner with compliance, and shape a configurable permission model.

This role emphasizes self-service tooling, enterprise identity concepts (SSO, IdP, SCIM, RBAC), and automation to reduce manual overhead as we onboard more customers. Hybrid Austin-based role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management focusing on identity, access management, or security-adjacent products.
• Experience scaling a product or capability to keep pace with growth.
• Knowledge of enterprise identity concepts: SSO/IdP, SCIM, RBAC or similar.
• Experience shipping self-service tooling to reduce support load.

Responsibilities

• Extend and evolve authorization model and audit trail for new products and customers.
• Expand self-service tooling for customer admins to manage users, groups, roles, and permissions.
• Automate user lifecycle integrations with customer identity systems.
• Partner with onboarding and configuration tooling teams to speed connections.
• Design configurable permission models for new customer types and accounts.
