Job summary

Gen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the identity and entitlement platform across its family of brands. You will define member roles and access structures, and build architecture enabling multiple product teams to innovate without duplicating work.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and product teams, translating complex tradeoffs into a simple, secure, scalable platform. Strong communication is essential for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including platform or infrastructure products (identity, entitlements, licensing, access).
• Strong technical fluency—read API contracts and data models, reason about long-term platform decisions.
• Demonstrated track record driving cross-functional alignment with teams you don’t control.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Write clear PRDs and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
