Job summary

MaintainX in the United States seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own IAM and Entitlements as well as Product Configuration. You will shape roadmaps, establish a unified framework, and work with engineering to drive gated release and monetization strategies.

This role requires deep technical fluency in identity concepts (SSO, authentication, authorization) and a strong ability to align Sales, CS, and Finance on licensing needs. AOS integration with Autodesk adds scale and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with roadmap definition in complex domains.
• Deep experience in IAM and entitlements, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to consolidate fragmented legacy systems into a unified technical framework.
• Strong prioritization skills and track record delivering 0-to-1 product functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for IAM and Entitlements and Product Configuration.
• Define the initial charter, roadmap, and success metrics for the new domain.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize delivery sequences.
• Define a unified framework for feature flags, gating, and rollout.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance on licensing and entitlements.
