Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field related to construction management.
• Master’s degree is a plus and PMP certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project leadership experience in data centers or large‑scale industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own senior-level execution strategies, including master schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Design Managers.
• Direct full-cycle project delivery for structural steel and related disciplines.
• Develop senior-level estimates, proposals, and value-engineering recommendations.
• Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships through executive reporting and governance meetings.
• Oversee program-wide performance against hyperscale KPIs and drive mitigation strategies.
• Champion continuous improvement using digital tools and lessons‑learned processes.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
