Job summary

DataX Connect is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large-scale mission critical data center projects across the United States. You will oversee teams from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring strong client relationships, financial performance and project success.

You will guide planning, procurement, risk management and execution on technically complex data center developments, while mentoring junior PMs and supporting team development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years delivering hyperscale data centers.
• Experience managing projects valued $25M-$100M+.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Oversee project financial performance and reporting.
• Prepare project forecasts and budgets; monitor costs.
• Manage GMP and cost reimbursable contracts.
• Oversee subcontract management and vendor coordination.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale mission critical construction projects across the United States.

Working within a growing national Mission Critical business, you'll oversee projects from preconstruction through commissioning and final handover while managing client relationships, commercial performance and project teams.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager is ultimately responsible for project delivery, financial performance and client satisfaction.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams while overseeing planning, procurement, commercial management, risk mitigation and project execution on highly technical data center developments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience with GMP delivery
• Excellent leadership and client-facing skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel nationally
