Job summary

Allied Steel Buildings is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mission-critical infrastructure projects, focusing on structural steel with potential expansion into additional disciplines. You will manage planning, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities, aligning teams across engineering, procurement, and field operations in fast-paced environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of PM experience in industrial or data center

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
5+ years of hands-on project management in industrial or data center construction.
Experience with estimating, bidding, subcontractor management, and hyperscale schedule compression.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer documents and drawings to develop end-to-end estimates for steel and related scopes.
Oversee the full bid process with subcontractor solicitations and proposals.
Lead end-to-end project management for structural steel and expanded disciplines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and logistical issues.
Monitor milestones and KPIs; identify risks and implement mitigations.
Travel up to 25% of the time.
