Job summary

National General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning. The role involves coordinating with owners, designers and trade partners, while maintaining strict safety, schedule and budget controls.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams on hyperscale data center facilities, driving operational readiness and turnover, and you will travel to designated locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale data center projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, schedule and cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across preconstruction through turnover.
• Experience coordinating with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on hyperscale and mission-critical facilities from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Manage commercial and technical risk, budgets and schedules to meet high standards.
• Coordinate MEP systems and complex commissioning requirements.
• Ensure safety and quality are prioritized on every phase of the project.
