Job summary

Spencer Ogden seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major hyperscale/mission-critical data center projects in the United States. You will oversee preconstruction through commissioning, coordinating with owners, design consultants and subcontractors to drive delivery, safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction, proven data center experience, and a track record delivering $100M+ programs with deep MEP knowledge and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience.
• Strong data center / mission-critical experience.
• Experience managing $100M+ projects.
• Strong MEP knowledge.
• Experience working with hyperscalers, developers or major owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts and project teams.
• Lead owner, design consultant and subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee complex MEP and structural scopes.
• Drive project delivery, quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Manage projects valued at $100M–$1B+.
