Job summary

This on-site position at Fort Worth/Dallas involves coordinating field staff, managing staffing plans, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining safety and cost objectives for complex construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years PM experience in construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and the execution of projects.
• Provide direction in planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost development.
• Develop client relationships and manage proposal and project items.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Manage project documentation turnover and closeout.
• Mentor interns and junior staff.
