Job summary

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering and at least 7 years of PM experience in construction. Strong MS Office skills and experience with project management software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction, construction management, engineering, or a related field and 7 years relevant project management experience in the construction industry required.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of one or more projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost development and critical objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with subcontractors and client contractors.
• Review reports including budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and project status.
