Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC project leadership from pre-construction through warranty. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, and client relations on multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in construction/engineering and 7+ years of PM experience. Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years relevant project management experience.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task.
• Must meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multi-project execution.
• Develop project plans, scheduling, cost development, and objectives.
• Manage client relationships and interface for proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control.
• Lead project reporting and documentation turnover.
