Job summary

Burns & McDonnell seeks a Construction Project Manager to support PMs in overseeing construction from pre-construction through warranty. You will manage safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and subcontractors across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include planning, risk reviews, RFP/bid processes, and coordination with engineering teams. Travel and driving may be required, with multiple locations in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in document control, scheduling, and cost control software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of projects.
• Negotiate prime/subcontracts and change orders.
• Manage project safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls.
• Develop project plans, site layout, mobilization, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate client relations and conduct risk reviews.
