Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

• Healthcare payer experience and Agile familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project life cycle from requirements to closure.
• Create plans, schedules, and allocate resources.
• Manage budget and stakeholder communications.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve issues and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align objectives.
• Produce design docs, test plans, training materials, and ops docs.
