Job summary

Sentrycs is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product management for U.S. customers in the Counter-UAS domain.

The role requires strong experience with complex, hardware/software integrated systems and a customer-facing mindset to translate market needs into clear product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will work with engineering, system engineering, sales, and leadership teams to drive requirements, roadmaps, and GTM activities while navigating a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of product management experience.
• Strong background in complex systems, solution-level products, and hardware/software integrated systems.
• Experience in defense, homeland security, law enforcement, public safety, or critical infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Experience with Counter-UAS, RF systems, radar, EO/IR, C2 systems, drones, autonomous systems, or tactical communications is an advantage.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including requirements gathering, demos, workshops, and executive discussions.
• Ability to translate technical, operational, and business needs into clear product plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Current or prior security clearance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own product management activities for Sentrycs' U.S. customers and partners.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, operational feedback, and U.S. market needs.
• Translate complex use cases into clear product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
• Work closely with Engineering/R&D, system engineering, sales, Business Development, customer success, and leadership teams.
• Support customer meetings, demos, field trials, pilots, and operational deployments.
• Define requirements for complex hardware/software integrated systems and full solution offerings.
• Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
• Understand U.S. market needs, bring structured input to the Product and Engineering/R&D teams, and ensure these needs are reflected in the overall company roadmap.
