M.C. Dean, a leader in building intelligence, seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will drive software delivery across the full SDLC, translating user needs into prioritized requirements for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, managing backlogs, and delivering measurable improvements through KPIs. Strong leadership, communication, and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related technical field with 10+ years PM/software delivery experience.
• SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe for Teams, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar agile certification.
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to implementation.
• Capture and translate customer needs into features and user stories for technical teams.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps to align internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage product backlog and trade-off decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead day-to-day software operations to meet release targets and optimize resources.
• Create and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
• Plan and conduct user testing (UAT) and establish KPIs to improve adoption.
• Lead demos and training sessions for internal/external stakeholders.
