Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Air Defense team to own the strategy, roadmap, and requirements for the Sentry family of products. You will coordinate with engineering, program, growth, and operations to turn evolving threat sets into fielded capability.

The role requires a strong track record in end-to-end product development, a solid hardware-software systems background, and experience with defense customers and DoD processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, or Business; 5+ years in product/programs focused on rugged hardware-software systems.
• Proven end-to-end product development from strategy to commercialization.
• Strong technical understanding of sensors, autonomy, networking, and embedded systems.
• Experience with government/defense customers, DoD procurement familiarity.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define a long-term product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct ROI analyses and integrate emerging technologies to enhance counter-UAS capabilities.
• Set clear product goals and track key success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads to ensure scalable, manufacturable designs.
• Serve as a product evangelist to internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Work with Finance to hit product financial targets and optimize margins.
• Partner with business development and field operations to gather customer insights and analyze market.
