Job summary

GitLab seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the roadmap for internal Revenue Lifecycle & Finance Systems. You will align finance, accounting, revenue operations, and legal with engineering, driving multi-quarter platform enhancements across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, and related tooling.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in an internal platform/enterprise PM role.
Deep domain expertise in Quote-to-Cash systems: Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite ERP.
Strong command of revenue lifecycle processes: opportunity-to-quote, order management, billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606).
Experience in SOX-controlled environments and audit trails.

Responsibilities

Own multi-quarter internal product roadmap for QTC and Finance Systems.
Translate business needs into actionable system specifications for engineering.
Lead discovery, requirements workshops, and design sessions with Finance and Revenue Ops.
Oversee UAT strategy and ensure production readiness, with post-launch improvements.
