Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC, based in Reston, VA, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in ground-up restaurant and retail builds. You will oversee multiple projects from planning through execution, with hybrid work flexibility and a focus on delivering on time and on budget.

Mandatory background in restaurant/retail construction, including ground-up and tenant build-outs, coupled with proficiency in Procore, Primavera, and Raken.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in restaurant and retail construction including ground-up and tenant build-outs.
• Hands-on experience with construction management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, Raken).
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and site designs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership with contractors and clients.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, controlling schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and standards.
• Monitor expenses and drive cost-control measures to keep projects within budget.
• Interpret complex blueprints and architectural designs to execute the plan.
• Identify risks and delays and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams; lead stakeholder meetings.
