Epicor is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Washington, DC to lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will define the product roadmap and establish operational models to address customer challenges directly on-site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management and engineering, guiding a team through complex, technical decision-making while ensuring alignment with customer needs.

This position requires strong leadership skills, analytical judgment, and a hands-on technical background, focusing on delivering high-value solutions in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined product management and engineering experience with a successful track record.
• Hands-on experience deploying software solutions and working with technical teams.
• Direct customer-facing experience managing technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering team to high performance.
• Own the product lifecycle and manage the transition from field development to product features.
• Define the operational model for engagements and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Evaluate architecture designs and build prototypes to support development efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to channel customer feedback.
