Job summary

Alianza seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for EMU and the Experience Provider Platform within the Intelligent Communications Fabric. This role shapes how EMU capabilities are packaged and delivered as part of Alianza's platform, guiding integration with Broadsource and ongoing partner engagements.

You will own northbound APIs for Experience Partners, define a consent engine initiative for 2027, and align design with OpenFGA-based permissions and data privacy

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with API-first or platform products.
Experience productizing a newly acquired/inherited product.
Proven track record shipping partner- or developer-facing APIs.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Own EMU product strategy and roadmap post-acquisition, integrated into Alianza's ICF.
Define and prioritize EMU modules into a real-use-case driven roadmap.
Lead the northbound Experience Partner API roadmap and consent engine initiatives for 2027.
Collaborate with engineering, legal, and commercial teams to align design with privacy and permissions frameworks.
