Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm, defining shared standards and coordinating best practices to enable PMs to thrive from ideation to delivery.

You’ll partner with design, engineering, and architecture leaders to drive product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management, including PRD development and backlog prioritization in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across lifecycle stages.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or AI solutions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Define standards and playbooks for federated PMs.
• Facilitate communities of practice and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate with PMOs and engineering to deliver product outcomes.
• Develop PRDs, business cases, and feature specs to guide delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and KPIs.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and analytics teams.
