Job summary

Bluehost is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Agentic Experiences to own the connective layer across customer portals, APIs, MCP servers, and third-party connectors. You’ll drive the end-to-end agent experience, ensure consistency across interfaces, and work with a matrix of teams to deliver a unified customer journey.

You will need 10+ years in product management, with demonstrated ownership of AI/agentic surfaces, and deep technical fluency to discuss LLM orchestration, tool calling,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including platform/API or ecosystem products.
• Ownership of an AI or agentic product surface in production with real users.

Responsibilities

• Define the agent experience architecture from discovery to customer-facing outcomes.
• Translate a portfolio of agents into a single customer narrative and journey.
• Set interface strategy across Portal, APIs, MCP, and connectors.
• Establish standards for latency, containment, and escalation with a measurable impact.
• Build a multi-quarter roadmap and align teams across product, eng, data, design, care and marketing.
