Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the data foundation powering its Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning. You will define, prioritize, and scale data assets to enable personalized engagement across channels, partnering with business, data, engineering, and product teams.

The role demands translating complex business needs into scalable data capabilities, with emphasis on governance, onboarding, and cross-functional alignment within Humana’s enterprise data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Requires strong Product Management/Ownership experience across business and technology teams.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data concepts: data sourcing, definitions, quality, metadata.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the NBA Foundation team.
• Serve as Product Owner for an Agile scrum team and manage backlog and sprint planning.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable data capabilities.
• Define capabilities to support decisioning, measurement, and reporting across NBA use cases.
• Collaborate with data owners, engineers, architects and enterprise data teams to onboard data assets.
• Maintain an inventory of NBA assets, dependencies, and onboarding status.
• Drive alignment across product, business, data, and technology teams for roadmap delivery.
• Identify opportunities to reuse enterprise assets to accelerate delivery.
• Define reusable data capabilities for broader NBA adoption across the enterprise.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and prioritization conflicts affecting delivery.
• Promote documentation, governance, and information management practices.
