Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the expansion of our enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability.

You will coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams to maintain plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders across business and technology.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, schedules, risks and issues.
• Experience coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing or delivery teams.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Proven ability to prepare status reporting and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ability to identify, track, and communicate risks, issues, dependencies and schedule impacts.
• Strong facilitation and coordination skills across matrixed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for NBA expansion.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and launch dates across workstreams.
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams.
• Maintain visibility into implementation progress and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Consolidate delivery information into a cohesive view of project health and readiness.
• Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to product managers or leaders as needed.
• Prepare recurring status updates on progress, milestones, and risks.
• Support governance and leadership forums with status materials and follow-up actions.
