Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the expansion of its enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability. The role involves coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams to maintain delivery timelines and readiness.

The candidate will manage integrated project plans, communicate risks and progress to leadership, and support launch readiness across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing projects with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Experience coordinating activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, or other delivery organizations.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development environments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities.
• Experience preparing project status reporting and communicating progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong facilitation and coordination skills across matrixed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans supporting NBA expansion initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and target launches across NBA workstreams.
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams.
• Maintain visibility into implementation progress and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Consolidate delivery information from multiple teams into a cohesive view of overall project health and readiness.
