Job summary

Dacon, the construction business unit of Dashiell Corporation, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-value electrical substations and power systems projects from Fresno, CA. You will direct project delivery, mentor project managers, and drive bid-winning estimating strategies.

You will work closely with executives, coordinate with business development, and ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance across a portfolio of complex assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in electrical construction, substation, or high-voltage work.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong executive-level presentation, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex electrical construction projects up to 500 kV.
• Lead estimating on major bid pursuits and establish estimating standards.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers; drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
