Job summary

DACON, a construction unit of Dashiell Corporation, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Fresno, CA to lead large electrical substations and HV projects. You will manage complex portfolios, drive bid strategies, mentor PMs, and ensure safety and quality across delivery and client relations.

Based in our Fresno office, the role requires travel to project sites and client offices, with a focus on high-value execution and continuous improvement in estimating practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management in electrical or high-voltage construction.
• Experience leading $20M+ projects and complex bid opportunities.
• PMI PMP certification required and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore.
• Strong executive-level presentation, communication, and mentor abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of large, complex electrical construction projects from award to closeout.
• Establish execution, staffing, procurement, and risk management plans.
• Serve as senior client relationship manager for major accounts.
• Oversee project financial performance including budget and margin.
• Direct, coach, and mentor Project Managers and Assistant PMs.
• Lead contract administration, change orders, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate on bid strategies and opportunities with BD and executives.
